Good stuff, Tris, but I gotta say your sample size is way low. I keep thinking about the "15,000 new blogs/day" number that's bandied about, and even if 99% of those die after three months, we still have tens of thousands of weblogs that have some sort of paid advertising or affiliate links included. So a survey about revenue that represents less than 40 people is just not good science. I certainly know of a lot of bloggers in the >$1000/mo range too, but you have zero of 'em represented here. Having said that, yeah, it's darn hard to get good solid sample data in the online world...
