Yeah, I'll admit Jeremy told me all about b5 a month ago.  But Duncan, Jeremy and Darren ... props to you.  This is an amazing thing you've put together.  Darren officially took the wraps off on his blog—Introducing b5media - a new kind of Blogging Network—and pointed us all to the intro post on the b5 blog—b5media.com - a new kind of blogging network.  Granted Jeremy has been dropping hints like a toddler eating popcorn (everywhere and frequently), and I knew about it, this is a cool new development.  I wish them the best.  Of except for the fact that now Arieanna "Sleep is over-rated" Foley has two more blogs to write for! Arienna "sleep is for sissies" teases us with this post—Blogaholics- Here's a hint - b5 media—she gave me the URLs earlier today—She Knows Best - Lifestyle Tips for Guys --Cooking Gadgets—but I didn't connect it all until I read Darren's post.
 
Yes, I read his post after midnight.  Yes, I'm still up too.  Hey, I took an hour nap.
 
So, what does this mean for the Blogosphere and professional blogging.  I think the model they have is better than others.  It isn't as much blog focused as it is blogger focused.  Get really great bloggers to write about things they really love (I know for a fact Arieanna loves to comment on guy's faux pas, but I think I can out gadget her in the kitchen ;-) ).  Instead of paying peanuts, I've heard this is going to be lucrative and not slave labour.
 
Tying it all together, I think b5media and Qumana have a lot in common.  We all love blogging.  We are passionate about what we do.  We listen to bloggers and absolutely hold what they do in high esteem.
 
Guys, all the best!  Even if Arieanna isn't going to be sleeping much anymore.
