Guess what our number request new feature is?  Yeah, you got it, "Can I edit old posts?"  also "I'd like to use the post into the future (as Blogware and TypePad allow) ...".  We intro-ed but didn't really talk about a feature we added in the Gnomedex release, and that is one-click access to your blog's administration page.

Here's a screenshot from the latest QLE.  If you don't see the green arrow in your version, time to upgrade!  So what does it do?  When you click it QLE opens in your default browser that blog's admin page.  Admin linkSo in the illustration here, the Qumana blog.  If you have a Blogware blog set up, then this is all ready to go as is.  If you have another blog, you just need to go into the Posting menu -> Configure Publishers and edit the blog you'd like to connect up with.  QLE should find the admin URL on its own.  If not you can go to your admin page and paste the URL in manually.  So, what good is this?  We know this isn't perfect, but here's how I've been using it.  If I want to do a pre-post I write it in QLE, spell check, tweak, you know.  Then I select the whole post and copy it to the Clipboard. Then click the arrow, and paste the content into a new post and tweak and option as needed.  It's not too shabby.

We have been listening to you. Blog Ads by Chitika We are diligently working on investigating and adding new features.  You understand, of course, that not all features can be added, nor are all great features easy to implement.  But development of QLE continues.  I really enjoy reading your feedback and review, so keep them coming!
