Interesting - Qumana combines the process of eMail and blogging into one, if desired ... and creates feedback loops.

Martin basically said that email is not good enough for knowledge workers but people use it because it's personal and sociable.

Blogs are better for knowledge workers and Martin's forthcoming paper will illustrate in detail how.
