Here and I thought was sooo cool. I got the Qumana newsletter out to all the previous registered users of Qumana yesterday (like almost 10,000). Yeah, well, I kinda blew it. Okay first there are the typos. I swear I fixed them and saved the newsletter. Guess not. Arrggh #1. Then Fred tells me today that when he downloaded the "latest" version it didn't have the Insert HTML button in the right place. Uh oh. Yeah, I linked to the wrong file. Arrggh #2.

I guess we're all human. That or I need to drink more coffee (or less). Regardless, if you got the newsletter, go ahead and have a laugh at my expense. Done? Okay good. Now to get the latest version (Regular, French, Spanish, Dutch, or Lycos version in Mac or Windows) just head on over to our yon download directory and get the version you want. I've also fixed the website so it points to the right files too.

Jeez you'd think I walked under a ladder, had a black cat cross my path, and spilled salt yesterday. Sigh.

Tris - we're all human and make mistakes. You guys have an excellent product that consistently delivers so we can excuse a spelling mistake or too, opps, two :)

Thanks Dave, your comment really made me smile. I think Qumana is technologically cursed this week. Fred bought a new a new battery for his laptop and the power cord failed. He went and bought a third-party replacement and the adapters fit every other laptop on Earth, except his. So he had to return that one and go to another store and get another. Yikes.

Thanks for the update. One question. After installing the downloaded qumana-3.0.0.exe, Help -> About reports that I now have version 3.0.0 where as before I had 3.0.0-b4. Is this the latest?

Yes, you have the latest version. We've dropped the beta designator from Qumana for this release. There was a b5 release for a week or two.

I just downloaded the latest version, posted to LiveJournal, only to see that the 'title' from Qumana *still* doesn't transfer to the 'subject' in LJ. Any idea when that may be fixed?
